Meet Suzie
Qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor
Suzie, the founder of Nacre Therapy, is a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor specialising in online support for adults facing life transitions, relationship issues, grief & loss, low self-esteem, depression & anxiety (including post surgery depression).
With experience working with diverse groups, she volunteers at a UK women’s prison, helping women cope with complex trauma and child loss.
Suzie's unique background in finance, prior to becoming a counsellor, enriches her ability to address workplace stress, burnout, perfectionism, self-doubt & imposter syndrome.
Nacre Therapy's approach is distinguished by Suzie's multifaceted expertise and dedication to supporting individuals from all walks of life.
